The betsapi Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. betsapi does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If betsapi becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all data will be securely deleted, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source. If you believe a minor has registered on the betsapi Platform, please contact us immediately via live chat or at the email address in Section 15.

In certain circumstances, betsapi may transfer your personal data to service providers or infrastructure located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud hosting providers or international KYC platforms. Where such transfers occur, betsapi ensures that:
